The ANDAR Loose Stock Applicator is a specialist processing system with a broad range of uses, aimed directly at vertical mills and low volume wool processors. Designed to process around 350 kg/hr of loose stock wool fibres, with the flexibility of processing for scouring, loose stock chlorine shrink resist and other specialist chemical treatments all through the same machine. The design of the system provides for quick changeover times between batches or processing modes. The system is designed to include a fully integrated control, chemical dosing system, liquor recirculation and on line drying.
