Design For over 50 years our experience and skills have been applied, working closely with our customers and research partners, refining the manufacture of our standard equipment. We continue to use this approach in new areas of business, through standardisation and modular design of elements giving us the ability to customise an engineered solution to suit. Draughting From simple layouts and profile drawings to the advanced modelling and draughting requirements of projects, we utilise the latest Solid Works 3D modelling and AutoCAD draughting software. Our committment to design technology allows us to manufacture to extremely fine tolerances using current industry standard 3D CAD (3 Dimensional Computer Aided Draughting) software to create detailed engineering drawings at reduced labour costs coupled with increased quality and flexibilty. CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) technologies are employed where CAD is programmed into CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) profile cutters, machining centres and lathes reducing material and labour costs, as well as increasing accuracy. Project Management Experienced Project Managers ensure that all projects are run on schedule and on budget. Once complete, we provide installation and commissioning by experienced and trained personnel recognised as experts in their field. Full technical and operator manuals are supplied with all newly manufactured plant and equipment providing a total solution for the customer with full backup and support.
