James Irvine

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As the Managing Director of ANDAR, for the past 11 years James has played a pivotal role in directing ANDAR’s strategic position.  His 20 years of experience leading the Company has gained him extensive knowledge in export manufacturing and global marketing. James is intimately involved in the technology research and development of the Company and enjoys an active role in overseeing the Company requirements in our growing and diverse customer base.

Clayton Holland

MANAGER, THE FRONT STORES

Clayton started at ANDAR as the Sales Manager for the Retail Division (Engineering Supplies) in August 2004, with a background in Sales and Management of Engineering Supplies Companies both in New Zealand and Australia. Clayton oversees all of ANDAR's Engineering Supplies Branches.

Mark Evans

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

A qualified Chartered Accountant Mark started with ANDAR in 2006 after returning from the UK where he gained valuable experience with blue chip organisations across a diverse range of industries including media, oil, gas and shipping.  Prior to this, Mark spent 4 years working with Dunedin-based KPMG office.  Mark is responsible for all financial related matters, including managing the IT infrastructure for ANDAR.

Crichton Purdie

WORKSHOP SALES MANAGER, ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS

Crichton has recently joined ANDAR's Engineering Solutions team.  A fully qualified Sheet Metal worker with 20 years experience in the food and beverage processing industry, Crichton was Project Manager for numerous projects both in New Zealand and overseas and had involvement in setting up and managing engineering workshops.   Previous to joining ANDAR Crichton was Manager of NDA Engineering, with experience in sales and marketing.  

Charlie Wilson

MANAGING DIRECTOR,

ANDAR TOOL AND PRESS, AUSTRALIA

Charlie has been Managing Director of ANDAR Tool and Press Ltd for the past 6 years. He was an Engineering and Maintenance business owner for 7 yrs prior to ANDAR. With involvement in the wool scouring and wool dumping industry since 1980.

Henry Van Der Geest

PROJECT ENGINEER

Henry began his career at ANDAR as a Fitter Turner in 1989. After managing several projects in the late 90’s, Henry progressed to his current position as Project Engineer. Henry has extensive knowledge of early stage wool processing machinery and has been responsible for the commissioning of several woolscours throughout the world.

Jeff Crawford

Spare Parts Co-ordinator

As Spare Parts Co-ordinator, Jeff heads the Spare Parts team at ANDAR. He has many years experience with the Company giving him the product and logistic skills required in this role. Supporting his personal knowledge is the ANDAR technical department providing another valuable facet of after sales support to all customers.

Owen Schicker

TECHNICAL MANAGER

After graduating with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1999, Owen joined at ANDAR as a Design Engineer and subsequently progressed to the role of Project Engineer. Owen developed speciality knowledge in the Loose Stock Treatments and Apparel Process product ranges. He currently oversees ANDAR's design and draughting activities.

Dr Bram Beuger

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

Bram joined AQWELL Water Treatments as an Environmental Consultant after obtaining his Ph.D. in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury. His areas of expertise include bioreactor and biofilter design and is proficient in the use of a wide range of design applications as well as Solid Works.  Bram has also received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Bioprocess Engineering from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, with published articles in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.  Bram is fluent in both Dutch and German languages.
