|  | Gary Cross MANAGING DIRECTORWith 40yrs experience in the engineering profession, Gary began his time as a Fitter/Turner with Bluff Engineering & Welding where he was heavily involved in marine engineering. Gary then moved on to underwater construction and underwater explosive work before being appointed as Engineering Manager for a New Zealand based fishing company which operated Japanese trawlers. During his employment he was appointed Fleet Operations Manager. Gary then returned to his original career as Marine & Operations Manager progressing to Managing Director at Wallace & Cooper Ltd, Timaru. Gary's extensive knowledge of marine and general engineering, together with his administrative capabilities, enable him to lead strong, well recognised teams at both Wallace & Cooper and ANDAR Holdings. |

| | Dan Batchelor GENERAL MANAGERDan commenced his career with ANDAR in 1999 as our Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for the Company's textile and environmental products. From 1999 - 2008 Dan was involved in commercial and export sales, international marketing, contracts management, project management and manufacturing. Dan has recently returned to ANDAR as our Operations Manager following 3 years as General Manager with a leading commerical and construction Company. Dan returns to ANDAR with a passion for engineering excellence, innovation and providing exceptional customer service. |

| | Henry Van Der Geest PROJECT ENGINEERHenry began his career at ANDAR as a Fitter Turner in 1989. After managing several projects in the late 90’s, Henry progressed to his current position as Project Engineer. Henry has extensive knowledge of early stage wool processing machinery and has been responsible for the commissioning of several woolscours throughout the world. |

| | Jeff Crawford Spare Parts Co-ordinatorAs Spare Parts Co-ordinator, Jeff heads the Spare Parts team at ANDAR. He has many years experience with the Company giving him the product and logistic skills required in this role. Supporting his personal knowledge is the ANDAR technical department providing another valuable facet of after sales support to all customers. |

| | Rob Maxwell MARKETING & SALES CO-ORDINATORWith over 35yrs of international sales, marketing, executive management and consulting experience across a range of industries in both private and public sectors Rob's focus with ANDAR is on marketing, business and product development within the Irrigation and Dairy sectors. Rob is also our ISO and Health & Safety Co-ordinator. Rob has degrees in marketing and econometrics and is a member of INZ - Fish Screen Working Group, Water NZ and NZOQ. |

| | Paul Mesman ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTPaul joined ANDAR as an Environmental Consultant in 2009 following 25 years in research, consulting and industry. This has given him extensive experience with process engineering operations and environmental applications, particularly in wool processing and wine production. Paul has a Batchelor of Chemical Engineering Degree. |
