ANDAR Tool & Press was formed in 2002 following acquisition of CD Wilson Engineering and A Tool & Press P/L, both well respected, established engineering companies operating in the Western area of Melbourne.

The original focus was servicing the Australian early stage wool processing industry, which predominantly used ANDAR woolscouring and wool carbonizing machinery manufactured by the parent New Zealand company ANDAR Holdings Ltd.  With the majority of this industry moving offshore to China in 2003/2004 the decision was made to concentrate our engineering expertise on servicing various industries in North Laverton and surrounding areas.

Commencing with a team of five in 2002, ANDAR Tool & Press now employs 26 fulltime employees.  The scale of growth now sees us occupying two premises in Westside Drive, our Head Office and Machine Shop, also our dedicated Fabrication Division.
