ANDAR Fabrication

FABRICATION & WELDING DIVISION

The last two years have seen a steady growth in our welding and fabrication arm, to the point where we relocated this division to its own stand-alone premises around the corner from ANDAR's head office.

The need for an extended factory area was largely to accommodate the manufacture of bitumen and asphalt tankers for the road-making industry.  We build tankers ranging from 6000 litres up to 25,000 litres with plate rolling, chassis fabrication and assembly all carried out inhouse.

Our fabrication and certified welding team also carry out specilised repair work on scissor and boom lift access equipment for the access equipment hire industry.

All types of welding can be performed including aluminium and stainless TIG, MIG, hard-facing, pressure vessel and high pressure pipework.  Onsite welding and fabrication including stainless, steel pipework for the food and chemical industries, plant upgrades for the poultry, lamb and meat export industries and general onsite maintenance welding is also catered for.
