CEREBOS GREGGS

Wastewater Treatment Plant

The plant is designed to buffer and correct the pH levels in the trade wastewater from Cerebos Greggs Coffee Factory in Dunedin, minimising usage and cost of of chemical pH correction.  The entire system was designed and manufactured inhouse.

FLEXIDRILL

Hydraulic directional drilling rig

With a long standing relationship combining both technical design and manufacturing strengths, we continue to develop groundbreaking technology for the world drilling industry. This includes the hydraulic directional drilling rig as shown.

DIDYMO SCREEN 

Didymo screens are a robust solution to remove didymo and other debris from water race intakes to prevent pumps and nozzles from becoming blocked.  Our screens are now installed on irrigation schemes between the Clutha and Rakaia rivers.

OFFAL HOGGER

In an effort to find a solution to the seabird by-catch problem, ANDAR developed and trialled a unique and innovative solution to the handling of offal and non-quota discards to reduce seabird attraction while further processing the catch for oil or meat.

TOPMASTER SCOUR

The 1.2m working width Topmaster Scour was commissioned in February this year in India.  The 6-bowl system is designed as a specialist topmaking process to provide the highest levels of performance in fibre, quality, process efficiency, process control and volume throughput for all fine to superfine wool types.  This 24,000hr turnkey project was commissioned on time, on budget.

Cooling Conveyor

Often customers come to us with problems specific to their process which requires individualised solutions.  Barkers required a solution to cool recently packaged fresh produce, enabling the completion of the packaging.  Barkers and ANDAR combined specific strengths to provide a solution on time and to budget.

Installation of New Plant

Engineering Solutions has vast national and international experience installing and manufacturing to specification.  McCain Foods Ltd required installation of a new plant Fry Line Dryer with infeed outfeed conveyors.  Once installed we manufactured stainless steel ducting and walkways.
