We have the most advanced engineering workshop in the region, employing 30 highly skilled, experienced tradesmen.  Covering approximately 3000m2 of floor space, we are able to provide our customers with extensive fabrication in all types of materials, ferrous and non ferrous.   

The specifications and tolerances of our CAD/CAM drawings combine traditional with highly accurate three-dimensional production and jobbing work.  Operating a range of modern CNC machines, CNC lathes, NC machining centre, numerous manual lathes (up to 5m lathe beds) and universal and vertical milling machines ensures we provide fast turnaround on one-off jobs and batch production with a reputation for specialised precision machining.

The NC pressbrake folds sheetmetal up to 8mm thick and our top quality machining centre covers all engineering requirements on the NC lathe and mill.  Our fabrication area includes MIG, TIG and Arc welders with ticketed welders.  The sheetmetal area specialises in both ferrous and non ferrous fabrication, has a high definition plasma cutter providing efficient cutting, fast turn around, accurate products and our full NC brakepress and 3.7m guillotine.  Three overhead grantry cranes (from 3-5 tonne lifting capacity) enable us to handle a wide variety of fabrication work.
